Leo is an experienced metal worker, enabling him to work in a wide variety and combination of materials.
He is interested in taking found metal, often from the sea shore and adding details in copper, brass, silver or gold and exploring surface textures and finishes. Leo creates unique framed architectural details, often inspired by his love of the islands of the west coast of Scotland, including the Iona chapel window and ruined croft shown below.
